Our Chakoshi is very well constructed, the tea basket is made of durable stainless steel, it has a double walls of mesh, one fine on the inner layer and medium on the outer layer, this ensures you will never have any tea leaves or tea powder in your cup.
Its handle has perfectly tapered wood over a stainless steel base, with a loop at the end to hang by for storage and drying. It is very light weight and will last a life time of tea making..
Directions: Simply place the desired amount of tea in the basket and slowly pour heated water over, I have found that if you pour slowly and in a circular pattern it really infuses every bit of cha for a robust drink.
